Web Store
The DVD Generator system includes a complete web site "template". The fully developed web site allows an end user to select digital content such as video, audio, and software for their custom DVD, design his disc graphics, order the disc and pay for it via e-commerce module. The web site or the DVD WebStore can be easily customized with imported graphics, banners, buttons, and links; creating a site where end users can author a complete multimedia DVD on demand with the click of a few buttons on their web browser. Custom design tools enable the easy creation of graphical web pages displaying custom content offerings without any web programming. The WebStore communicates with the DVD Generator system across the Internet allowing for convenient remote or out-sourced production of custom DVD-R's. Any update on the content in the back-end automatically updates the front end, so no double work is required to keep the two parts of the system in sync.
Report Wizard
The report wizard is an online tool that allows authorized users to draw reports on the production status in the DVDGenerator system. Using a standard web browser one can get a list of all the orders produced, the status of a specific order, the number of times each media item was ordered and even in depth statistic analysis of user behavior. The report wizard automatically generates royalty reports, so the different content providers can receive their income.
Vendor Manger
The vendor manager is a quick and easy tool to set up different content providers on the system. Using this tool the administrator can define new vendors, their graphics, video menu look and feel, custom graphics and more. Once a vendor is defined, any order coming to the vendor will be produced with these definitions. The system supports multiple "templates" per vendor, so a vendor can offer several different "looks" for a disc for example a Christmas DVD, mother's day DVD etc.
Media Manger
The DVD Generator Media manager is a database catalogs all digital content available on the DVD Generator content server for selection through the WebStore. The Media manager's graphical user interface makes the loading and management of digital content a straightforward function of data entry rather than a complicated database-programming task. The media manager can be configured for mass-uploading, i.e. loading hundreds of songs, clips or files at once. The Media manager contains a lot of "meta-data" which describes the media as far a size, category, players supported and more.
Control Center
DVD Generator's Control Center application monitors all aspects of the system's media selection, order creation, authoring and production process. It generates reports that document the status of each order as well as the status of the production queue. The ControlCenter also documents system resource usage and provides valuable information on customer media selections. This allows production management to verify peak usage and resource utilization, while providing marketing with beneficial customer preference and media selection statistics. These reports can be viewed through the website, DVD Generator system or printed for latter analysis by management. A limited order status report can also be made available on the web site to apprise individual end users of the production status of their media.
DVD Author
DVD Generator includes the DVDAuthor, the world's first automatic DVD authoring and production application. DVDAuthor allows you to author a unique DVD over the net using your web browser with no professional knowledge. DVDAuthor's patent-pending algorithms and on-the-fly technology author the DVD in seconds and produce a finished DVD-R in half the time of older technology which requires separate authoring and production steps. DVDAuthor is also the first authoring application to simultaneously create both a DVD Video menu and a DVD-ROM Browser (we call DVDBrowser) on each custom DVD-R. Using powerful template technology; DVD Generator can support multiple DVD authoring configurations and multiple websites.
DVD QC
DVD Generator is a thoroughly tested and optimized configuration of cutting-edge computer hardware and software. It employs fault-tolerant server storage and critical content error checking to insure the reliability, consistency, and maximum up time required in high production environments. DVD Generator's internal validity and synchronization technology can be scheduled to perform periodic QC checks on the system's content server and website. DVD Generator also includes its own diagnostic DVD to test and verify all the components in the DVD-R creation process. Each DVD-R disc created by DVD Generator has its own unique signature that can be read in any DVD-ROM drive to verify content and readability. The system can also be enabled to allow remote monitoring over the Internet by DVDemand engineers. DVD Browser
As in any DVD, discs created by the DVDGenerator have a DVD menu that allows the selection of each video section as well as information pages. In order to allow the same level of convenience when using the DVD in a DVD-ROM drive DVDemand has developed the DVDBrowser. DVDBrowser is a graphic application that allows the user to view or play each media he has selected on his DVD. The browser allows the user to see video clips, play audio, install software, view documents and pictures and browse the web. Each media item selected can include links to appropriate web sites that expand the content of the disc. This tool can be used both for direct marketing, as well as for creating compelling discs, especially in the fields of e-learning and "how-to" instructional discs.
The entire browser can be easily customized to the client's corporate needs. The "skin" of the application can be changed simply by creating a new set of graphic files. The DVDBrowser is an open architecture software. It can accept new players for any data format (PowerPoint, data reports, MPEG-4 etc.)

DVD Transfer
DVD Transfer allows the DVDGenerator to receive analog video tape convert it to MPEG format and upload it all with a click of a button. DVD Transfer is a great tool for mass conversion of analog video assets. Combined with the DVDGenerator, it creates the ultimate video archive/sales system.
DVD Stream
Using this module, the DVDGenerator can be connected to a high speed Internet line and become a video streaming station. The system can then become a dual output system, creating revenue from both DVD sales and video-on-demand.
