data reporting. The ExpoDisc™ system provides a digital showcase of
exhibitor’s collateral material in a menu-driven CD-ROM offered to show
attendees, free of charge. Participating exhibitors receive a detailed
report of information requests made by attendees for sales follow-up.

How it Works:
The exhibitor’s sales information is pre-loaded into the ExpoDisc™ system,
prior to the show and formatted to their request. Attendees visit one of the
ExpoDisc™ kiosks conveniently located on the show floor to create their
customized CD by selecting companies or specific product categories most
relevant to their buying needs. A personalized CD is created within minutes
containing all selected vendor information and provided to users in a slim jewel
case for protection. The ExpoDisc™ CD holds a wealth of data information allowing
exhibitors to post a wide range of collateral material including, brochures,
product catalogues, database files, web pages with embedded hyperlinks,
presentations, audio/video, lectures, white papers, PDF files, and more.
At the end of the show, data files of information requests are made available
to exhibitors for sales follow-up.
